KJ’s Closet Online Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, you have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to initiate your return.

To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Returns must be postmarked within the 7-day window
The return package must show an official shipping date from the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued.
